Job Description

تعلن شركة يونايتد اكسبرس لتوصيل مكتب نابلس عن حاجتها الى موظفات متابعة عدد 2 للانضمام الى عائلتها على ان تتوفر فيها الشروط / المؤهلات التالية:

• خبرة في مجال التوصيل والدعم اللوجستي

• شهادة بكالوريوس في تخصص ادارة الاعمال او المحاسبة او اي تخصص ذات صله

• مهارة في استخدام برامج وتطبيقات الحاسوب والاجهزة الإلكترونية والبريد الإلكتروني

• مهارة في الاتصال والتوصل

• العمل ضمن روح فريق العمل

• ان تكون من سكان مدينة نابلس " المدينة " ويفضل المنطقة الغربية

الوصف الوظيفي:

• اعداد التقارير اللازمة

• التواصل والتنسيق مع الزبائن واعطاء التغذية الراجعة لطلباتهم

• استقبال المكالمات الهاتفية التي ترد للفرع ومعالجتها

• متابعة الطلبيات العالقة على النظام والتأكد من عدم وجود عوالق بالمتابعة مع تقديم أفضل الخدمات للزبائن

• المهام الأخرى المتعلقة يتم تعيينها لاحقا.
