تعلن شركة دايل لخدمات الدعم الفني عن رغبتها بتوظيف شواغر للعمل لديها في مجال خدمات المشتركين و الزبائن وفق المواصفات والشروط التالية :
المهام الوظيفية:
• إستقبال المكالمات الواردة والاجابة عن إستفسارات الزبائن وتقديم الخدمات اللازمة لهم وحل مشاكلهم لضمان تحقيق رضى الزبائن.
• الاتصال الصادر على الزبائن و الموجه لأغراض تبليغية او استبيانات او مبيعات او تسويق خدمات لضمان تحقيق التواصل الفعال مع المشتركين أو الزبائن.
• تدوين ملاحظات الزبائن واقتراحاتهم حول خدمات جديدة حملات وعروض يريدونها وارسالها
