I tried to publish a listing but I can't see it on the platform. Why?
2 months ago . UpdatedThere are a number of reasons why this could be the case:
1. If the listing has been rejected because it is in breach of our Terms of Use, the reason for the rejection will be communicated to you next to the listing.
2. If the listing is pending payment, you will be informed of this and the listing will be activated once payment is received.
3. If you listing has been flagged for review by our content moderation team, their review will be completed as soon as possible.
If you do not receive notice that a listing has been rejected or is pending payment, and if the listing is not activated within a reasonable amount of time of its submission by you, please contact customer support with your account details and they will be able to assist you.
